Acadelyra is a human-led academic support service. It operates as a managed service rather than an anonymous marketplace: a real person considers what you need before Acadelyra confirms whether and how it can help.
What kinds of academic support are available?
Acadelyra provides Academic Writing Support, Research Support, Dissertation & Thesis Support, Editing & Proofreading, Presentations & PPTs, and Referencing & Source Support. The appropriate support depends on your requirements and the capability available. Advanced statistics, programming or data science, medical work, and unusually technical or specialist requests are considered individually.
Does Acadelyra accept every enquiry?
No. We review the requirements and required capability first. If something falls outside what Acadelyra can responsibly support, we would rather say so clearly than overpromise.

How will Acadelyra communicate with me?
Email is our primary communication channel. After your enquiry has been reviewed, we’ll reply by email and use it for subsequent communication where appropriate.

How does Acadelyra approach originality and academic integrity?
Acadelyra provides substantial academic writing and research support, but does not knowingly complete all or a material part of assessed work a customer must personally author and submit as their own. Customers must follow the rules applicable to their work.
Is my enquiry confidential?
Yes. Acadelyra treats customer identity, enquiries, academic materials, communications, and quote and service information as confidential. Access and disclosure are limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide or secure the service, comply with law, protect rights or security, or act with your authorization.
How is pricing decided?
Pricing can depend on the academic level, deadline, complexity and scope of the work. Requirements are reviewed before a final quote is confirmed, and a customer’s stated budget does not automatically determine the quoted price.
