REFUND & REVISION POLICY

Refund & Revision Policy

1. Our Commitment to the Agreed Service

Acadelyra stands behind the support we provide. If a deliverable does not meet the requirements in the accepted quote, we will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct it through our revision process at no additional charge. Revision and refund requests are assessed against the original agreed brief, accepted quote, work completed, and circumstances of the service.

2. When Revisions Are Free

If the delivered work does not meet a requirement that was part of the original agreed brief, Acadelyra will make the necessary correction at no additional charge. Customers should explain what they believe was missed and, where relevant, identify the applicable instruction or requirement.

3. Changes to the Original Brief

Free revisions apply to the requirements agreed when the quote was accepted. New instructions, materials, requirements, or preferences introduced afterward are not automatically part of the original scope. Where these changes require additional or substantially different work, Acadelyra may treat them as new work and provide a separate quote before proceeding.

4. Instructor Feedback

Where the support and your intended use are permitted, you may send genuine instructor feedback for review. We will compare it with the original agreed brief and the deliverable. If it identifies an agreed requirement we failed to meet, the issue will be addressed under our free revision policy. New requirements or preferences may fall outside the original scope.

5. Grades and Academic Outcomes

Acadelyra does not guarantee a particular grade or academic outcome, as assessment decisions are made by instructors and institutions. If you are dissatisfied with an academic outcome, we will review any relevant instructor feedback against the original agreed brief and the deliverable. Where we find that an agreed requirement was not met, we will correct it under our revision policy.

6. When a Refund May Be Considered

Where a concern can reasonably be corrected through revision, Acadelyra will normally seek to resolve it through the revision process first. A full or partial refund may be considered where the circumstances cannot reasonably be resolved through revision or where Acadelyra is unable to provide the agreed service. Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the accepted quote, the work completed, and the circumstances of the service.

7. Full and Partial Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it may be full or partial depending on the circumstances. In determining the appropriate amount, Acadelyra may consider the extent of work completed or delivered, the portion of the agreed service affected, and whether part of the agreed service remains usable or has been satisfactorily completed.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an agreed service, contact Acadelyra as soon as possible. Where work has not started, a refund may be available. If work has begun, any refund will depend on the amount completed and costs already reasonably incurred. Where the work has been substantially or fully completed, cancellation may not qualify for a refund, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Once Acadelyra has initiated a refund, the time taken for the funds to appear may depend on the payment provider, bank, or other financial institution involved. We will provide confirmation when the refund has been initiated.

10. Requesting a Revision or Refund

When requesting a revision or refund, please explain the concern clearly and provide any relevant instructions, feedback, or supporting information. This helps Acadelyra assess the request against the original agreed brief and determine the appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12. Questions or Requests

If you have a question about this policy or wish to request a revision, cancellation, or refund, contact Acadelyra through the official support route with your quote or service details and a brief explanation. We will review the circumstances and respond with the appropriate next steps.
